Vortex gas heaters are structures that allow the formation of hot (up to + 200 ° C) and cold (up to -50 °C) flow with the vortex phenomenon while the high pressure fluid passes to low pressure, does not contain moving parts and does not require external energy supply.

Vortex heat separators are used as Vortex Pilot Gas Heaters in the natural gas distribution sector. Vortex Pilot Gas Heaters heat the pilot gas in order to prevent the pressure reducing regulator pilots from freezing with the heat loss experienced in natural gas pressure reduction stations.

With our own analysis (CFD) and design capabilities and our R&D enginering structure, we design and produce custom made gas heaters that can provide sufficient heating for the gas regulators (mainly RMS-A & RMS-B) given to our customers' needs.
